Coon Rock Farm offers Heirloom Tomato COOKING CLASSES

Farmer Jamie DeMent, of Coon Rock Farm, is offering cooking classes focusing of Heirloom Tomatoes.  Jamie will come to your home and teach her favorite Heirloom Tomato recipes.  The menu can be set according to your personal tastes but can include anything from tomato tarts to salads, to tomato sauces and salsas, to dishes featuring pasture raised meats from Coon Rock Farm.

Jamie has been teaching cooking classes focused on local ingredients for the past 10 years at A Southern Season, Whisk, Charleston Cooks, Charleston Wine + Food Festival, and the Art Institute if Charleston.
