Meat CSA

Coon Rock Farm is accepting new applications for its Meat CSA every month.  The meat CSA subscription fee is $480 (plus 2% sales tax = $489.60) and includes 6 months of meat — admission is rolling so you can join anytime.  Delivery will be on the first or second week of each month and will consist of $80 worth of pasture raised, free range heritage breed chicken, heritage breed pasture raised pork, and pasture raised, grass fed lamb.  The box will include a variety of cuts including whole chicken, chops, roasts, ribs, uncured bacon, and various sausages.

Each monthly Meat CSA Box has a selection of our most popular cuts of meat worth over $80.  A typical box contains one of our label rouge style pasture raised chickens (3 to 4 lbs), a pork roast (3 to 4 pounds), several cuts of our pork sausages or cured meats like bacon (2 to 3 pounds), and something from the beef/lamb/goat category (1 to 2 pounds of ground or chops or steaks).  Each box is different and no one cut is guaranteed but each box is full of a great selection of our pasture raised heritage breed meats.

Pick-up locations for your CSA box can be found at this link: CSA Pick-up Locations  or your Meat CSA can be delivered directly to your home for an additional $20 per 6 months.  We deliver produce, vegetables, meat and eggs throughout the Triangle area including: Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill, Carrboro, Apex, Garner, Cary, Wake Forest, Holly Springs, Morrisville, Fuquay-Varina, Louisburg and Hillsborough.

The Meat CSA subscription fee of $480 is non-refundable and is due with your application.  The number of CSA subscriptions is limited and allocated on a first-come, first -served basis.  Payment along with your application is required to secure your subscription.
